I had intercourse with my wife twice this week ..Her periods are on 5th of every month..so when can I confirm or when will I come to know we are expecting a new member in our family.

do not be very hasty with ur expectations. staistics is 85 percent become pregnant in the first year of trying. if pds do not set in by 12th u could go for home pegnancy test then contact ur doctor
