Vomitting in 3.6 years old

Hello my son 3.6 years old, suddenly started vomitting in afternoon , after 2-3 doing vomitting even if drinking a sip of water, doctor gave , vomikind, electrolyte powder, diof syrup ,but he is doing vomitting even now, so doc gave ordem injection , but he is not feeling well now, what can we do? Please help
