Vomitting, cough and cold

Hi doctor, My daughter who is 23 days old is suffering from cold and cough. Also she has puked twice in a day. She makes lot of noises which looks she is in discomfort. We are currently giving her amoxycillin and maxtro drops. Please let me know what should be our next course of action

Hello.. We need to assess her for dehydration and evaluate..kindly take her to a paediatrician
