Vomiting tendency

I have experiencing tendency that I'm just thinking like I'm about to vomit but there is no such things to happen to vomit just like I'm just worry about it and it makes me having tendency. When I'm on a workout on legs it's happening over and over . Please give me advice or any cure to this problem.
