Feel a vomiting tendency .two three times today. There is no stomach pain . I am Diabetic since 15 years . Taking insulin Morning 36 units Before break fast and after breakfast Gliptamet 850/1000 mg . Evening 24 units and one more Gliptamet after food.

occasional nausea cud be a side effect drug u taking or due to food u taking any case take tab emset 8 mg once before breakfast for next 2 three days..u cn repeat it if u feel nauseating again . mximum taking 3 tabs  a day
