Vomiting 2 to 3 times a day is not something to be alarmed about . It can sometimes be a Normal phenomenon too. I hope u burp the child after every feeds . Even the volume and content of the vomiting matters. If the volume is less and it contains only milk then it will be solved with syp ondem as my other colleague mentioned.
Next Steps
If it persists it’s better to consult someone and start syp for Rantac as acidity might also be a cause
