Vomiting problem in early morning

Hello Sir/Mam I am Saravanan(30 years old). I am having vomiting problem for past 15 years. Vomiting means not eated food items comes out, only fluid like things only comes out. If today mornign it starts means it will continue for two days. with doctors sugestion i undergone fundoplication surgery but now also i am facing the same problem. hlp
