Loose motions will NOT result from swallowing a foreign body,she has food poisoning. Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding,give just 2 milk feeds using a glass or spoon,and 4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet. Give ors after every loose motion if watery. Use syp ondem 30 mins before meals for vomiting,and add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. If not improving in 3 days,consult your paediatrician.
