My son was 6months yesterday and have been on only breast milk. so this afternoon, i gave him 30ml of water and litle baby milk; sma gold to be precise, but he vomited 3 times shortly after the feeding. so i quickly switched over to breast milk, but he keeps vomiting each time i finished feeding him with breast milk till now. please i need advice.

Hi By 6 months your baby should have lot of mouthing habits he puts his fingers other objects in mouth This will create infection in gut and cause vomithing later loose stools may occur Try to give Emeset syrup to control vomiting If further issues contact your dr Give small frquent feeds
