She is having cold and vomiting. Her throat may be congested and sometimes cold also drip in the throat which leads to vomiting after food intake,show your pediatrician to get proper treatment.   Seeing throat is very important and simultaneously complete evaluation will also be done to prevent further complications like dehydration because of constant vomiting.

If she is vomiting each time  after feeds,  it could be gastritis or stomach infection. Since u mentioned she has a cold,  there is a chance she has chest congestion and hence she is vomiting U need to get her assessed by a pediatrician,  who would then come to a diagnosis and treat her accordingly
