Hi doctor, I am vomiting still because I am in 12 week of pregnancy. Is it normal? Or do i need to take care?

vomitting in 1st trimester is common. If its more severe or frequent then consult a gynaecologist and start on medication. Maintain hydration, Avoid aggrevating factors or foods, hav small frequent meals, avoid spicy or oily foods etc
