If the vomiting does not contain blood or green colored fluid, not to worry. Keep watch on features of dehydration (decreased urine output, sunken eyes, irritable, thirsty drinking eagerly), in case present please visit nearby pediatrician. If not present give Syp Emeset 2.5ml when he vomits and also 100ml ORS every time he vomits ( prepare by adding entire packet in 1 liter clean water). Check temperature, if > or = 100 F, give syp paracetamol 15mg/body weight ( if weight is around 10 kg, 6ml crocin single strength).Continue breastfeeding and give adequate fluids. In case of features of dehydration as mentioned above, child becomes dull, not taking feeds, please consult nearby pediatrician for further care.
