Vomiting and diarrhea during pregnancy

I am 31st week pregnant.Last two days am getting vomiting and diarrhea.I consult with my midwife ,she suggested to take Mucaine Gel and pan 40 .But still those problems are existing.Could you please suggest me to get rid of this problem
