Vomiting & loose motions

He is getting vomiting immediately once he had food or water from yesterday night.He is having mild loose motions also.Iam giving periset drops even though he is vomiting.Kindly suggest some medicine to stop his vomiting.

If vomiting is persistent with oral drugs I feel he should be given injections to control it. Or else chances of low bp are more. Please see a doctor soon
