Vomiting & Loose Motion

My son (infant) is teething and since last 3 days is having loose motion. Today he vomited twice mostly whitish color post milk. He is also refusing to eat food and eating less. Activity & sleeping is normal. Please suggest any medication or special care. He stays mostly indoors and only goes out in evening for a stroll once the sun is set.

Keep clean environment around him, wash his toys also daily and then give him to play with, loose motions occur due to infections occurring as they put anything in mouth during this period, it has nothing to do with teething.
