Vomiting & Light Fever

My mother had a light pain in joints of both hands in morning, at that time no fever were there. But in afternoon she had heavy head and had a vomiting. After that she had fever in the evening we have given her calpol 500 mg, now her fever has came down down but she had once again vomited. She never had any sugar or bp problem till now.

She must be evaluated with fever profile, if fever persists. Blood test like complete blood count and peripheral smear to be done on day 3 of fever. For fever para/ calpol will suffice

Need to do cbc . Also plz share any other symptoms she is suffering from ? For present give her rabez D  tablet half hr before food for nauea and vomiting
