Voice Hoarseness

My problem is when  i start taking ,my throat is becoming  tried and voice is also suddenly Hoarseness, when i take rest and drink water, voice return to normal, so i took  endoscopy for throat and oesophagus, report came as normal study (report attached).i want to know the causes of Hoarseness of voice and How to prevent it. Please advice .

Hi sir Since your endoscopy is clear, most common cause could be- 1) acidity / acid reflux 2) dryness caused by acid reflux. Important is lifestyle modification and antacid.
