I noticed at the age of 14 that I am having voice disorder. I am male but my voice sounds like child/female. How do I get manly voice. Thanks in advance.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Without hearing your voice we cannot get a idea as to what the problem could be. Suggest you to kindly consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.  He and speech therapist will be able to help you. Best regards Dr. Anil kumar jain Bangalore.
