Vocal cord palsy
Didn't have clear voice since 15 days. Doc initially said laryngitis. Today he did scopy and said my left cord is paralysied. Did CT scan too but report is normal. He suggested steroids and some exercises. I wanted to knw if there is any other way to double check the diagnosis and if there is a permanent cure for the same.
Hello, laryngeal endoscopy can clearly show whether there is a palsy or not.... This endoscopy can be shown over the screen and recorded for future references. The left side palsy is bit more complex than right... If the CT scan is clear then I think u should not be bothered about it. Many times after viral infection too this can happen. You need to undergo voice therapy for the same..
