Vocal code Endoscopy Report

Please check the attachment. It's my vocal code Endoscopy Report. I was a smoker but I have no other symptoms. There are tiny white patches in my vocal code. Please explain that to me and give me your advice. Thanks in advance 🙏

Tiny white patches plus sulcus. If you have change of voice, it can be removed with laser followed by speech therapy. Orrlse close observation with speech therapy. Stop smoking, vocal abuse

Looks like leukoplakia. Quit smoking, take antioxidants and multivitamins for 4 weeks and then repeat endoscopy. If no improvement then go for biopsy.
