  4. Vo2 max 16. 1 only. Any other quick fix?

During my stress test it was revealed that my vo2 max is only 16.1 instead of 30+, and met 4.7 instead of 10+. Test is -ve for induced ischemia though. How to set right these parameters? I am advised panchkarma.Is it a solution?Any other quick fix?

Hi, its better to consult cardiologist and undergo further investigations like 2D echocardiogram, and cardiac enzymes...
