Vitiligo surgical method

I have affected vitiligo in 11 years old. Now i have 21 years old.firstly it seen in lips then it spread to the cheek and ear..it is shown in one part of my face..docter says it is segmental vitiligo. I tried many medicines,but no change.but it is not spread and it is stable.. doctor says surgical method is good for it..sir please say which surgical method is good for it..
