Vitiligo started spreading

I was having vitiligo from 5,6 years but it was controlled then, and doctor prescribed me VIGHAN CP and DICARIS 50. But after some time i stopped the medicines and from last 6mnths my vitiligo started spreading fast what should i do and take to stop the spreading of vitiligo.
