Are there any new treatments for vitiligo that really works 100%? i have localized vitiligo. i've tried many treatments and they dont seem to work.

Treatment of vitiligo depends on whether the white patches are progressing (increasing in size/number) or they are stable. If your localised white patch is stable for last 1-2 years and medicine are not working, surgical management is a good option.
