Thanks for the query. Vitiligo is an auto immune condition with long term treatment plans. Lip and hands/feet is a difficult area to treat and most resistant. Medical therapy is the first line management including addressing the comorbidities. It takes a couple of weeks to arrest the disease activity and a couple of more weeks to refill colour in the patches. A year long treatment is usual. All the best.
