Good afternoon Vitiligo is caused by various  reasons like genetics,heredity, autoimmunity,vitamin deficiency,stress etc There are various treatment options available for vitiligo including creams,tablets ,light therapy and surgery ..treatment varies depending upon location ,severity of vitiligo ,person ,duration ,stablity etc We need to examine the affected area so that appropriate treatment can be given
