Please suggest me the medication to improve Vitamin D.

It is clearly shown that their is deficiency of vit D, to diagnose why there is a deficiency of vita D, is there any problem in absorption of vita D, or the food you are consuming having low level of vita D, there are few which can clear the cause of vita D.
