Vitamin deficiency

My serum iron level is 36 mg/dl(60 is min) Can i increase it through nutrition or do i need to take supplements? Same is the case without vitamin b12 is 174 pg/ml(min is 187)

There's no harm in taking supplements of iron and vitamin B12, both are needed for building blood, besides high protein simple diet, vitamin C and fresh air Iron is present in green leafy vegetables, banana, Apple etc. B12 is through animals sources and milk is the only source for vegetarians

You should have iron rich food and have a multivitamin supplement along with it which would help to cover the deficiencies. Vitamin B12 is rich in meat, eggs, dairy products.
