Vitamin d and pth level is not normal

For my mother ,she is getting lower back pain she is not able to walk straight.  . I did xray and blood test. I got report with vitamin d insufficient and para thyroid level is high. Also I got report for bmd test which say osteoporosis.  Please suggest some medication Find the report attached

PTH is high because of low vitamin D levels.. it can be treated. But she has osteoporosis which can have serious consequences. So she will require proper evaluation and treatment for the same. Don't neglect osteoporosis.
