Vitamin D and B12 deficiency

I have a vitamin D level of 7.3 and have pain in my joints and in my hands. I was prescribed to take 1 Vitamin D injection once a week for two weeks. And 6 B12 injections every 4th week. Also Uprsie 60k tablet once a week for 8 weeks. I'm done with my course of injections and while I was taking injections, the symptoms of pains had reduced. Now, they are slightly coming back. And also I have been exposing myself to sun for 1 hr everyday. How long would it take to get back my levels to normal? Since the pains have started coming back, is it because my level hasn't increased at all even after taking the injections and the tablets?

I generally recommend my patients to continue Vit D supplementation once a month for 6 months after the 8 weekly course. Do check your Fit D levels after 1 month after the last dose.

Not all pains are because of Vitamin D deficiency. Unfortunately nowadays everyone relate pains to this. Ideally you need to consult a Orthopaedic doctor and get yourself examined... If you have a wrong posture it needs to be corrected first. If your lifestyle involves pressure on your back nerves it needs to be attended to first. So just by taking supplements you might miss out on something which can be treated better in early stage. Regards.
