Hello, I recently received my blood test results and noticed that my Vitamin B12 level is around 160 pg/mL, which appears to be low. My Vitamin D level is also low. Could you please review this and suggest the appropriate treatment or supplements I should take to improve these levels? Also, please let me know the dosage and duration you would recommend. Thank you.

Yes, as per the report your Vit D and B12 values are low and in defeciency range But iam sorry to say that, name of Drugs with dosage schedule cannot be shared under Telemedicine laws failing which, a doctor can be barred feom Telemedicine consultations.
