Dear Patient, Your Vitamin D 25-hydroxy level of **8.96 ng/mL** is severely deficient (normal range: 30-100 ng/mL). This requires prompt correction to avoid complications like bone weakness, fatigue, and immune dysfunction.  Recommended Treatment Plan: 1. High-Dose Vitamin D3 Supplementation:    - **Initial Loading Dose:** 50,000 IU weekly for **8 weeks** (or as prescribed).     - **Maintenance Dose:** 1000–2000 IU daily after correction.  2. Vitamin K2 (MK-7) Supplementation:    - **90–120 mcg daily** to ensure proper calcium absorption into bones and prevent arterial calcification.  3. Additional Support:    - Take supplements with a fatty meal (Vitamin D is fat-soluble).     - Include calcium-rich foods (dairy, leafy greens) if dietary intake is low.     - Moderate sun exposure (10–15 min/day).  Follow-Up & Monitoring:  - Recheck Vitamin D levels **after 3 months** to adjust dosage.  - Address underlying causes (malabsorption, lack of sun exposure, etc.).  Consultation Recommended:  Since severe deficiency requires personalized dosing and monitoring, I advise a consultation to tailor the regimen to your health profile.  You can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** for further guidance.
