Vitamin b12 deficiency

I have recently done my blood test wherein my b12 levels show 156 pg/ml. I have a condition in which my nalis are darker(light black with dark longitudinal lines) than normal. My other doctor says i should have an injection therapy but i want it to be through tablets. I ask for your kind opinion Thankyou.
