HI, I was diagnosed with low Vitamin B12 about 2 months back and doc asked me to take Neurobion Forte once a week. I have been taking this for 6 weeks now on Fridays. I always start feeling week and dizzy again from Thursdays till the next dose of injection starts it effect. Is it really happening because of the injection effect of its just my mind? Can I reach a point when I can have adequate Vitamin B12 without having to take injection? Is their any kind of side effects if I have keep taking Neurobion Forte?

I would advise you to visit the ER so you can be evaluated in person and undergo investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, vitamin b12, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
