I had been detected with Vita b 12 deficency -113 pg/ml. CBC and thyroid reports are normal. Have been taking homin medicine for past 8 days. I still get numbness n tingling  on right side body n dizziness, headache ...how long will it take to symptoms to go? Do I need to go for any other test?

It will take time to come normal symptoms will disappear once vit b12 levels become normal it can take upto 4 to 6 wks .
