Vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency

Hi, I am having vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency. I want to ask which medicine shall I take to increase these vitamins. Attached is the report.

Vitamin D3 Oral solution 2 times weekly for 8 weeks and then 1 time weekly for 1 month

You have vitamin d and B12 deficiency.As both vitamin levels are very low,you can either get injection cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg once a week for the first month followed by 1000 mcg once a month OR tablet cyanocobalamin 1000mcg daily for 3 months which takes about 8 weeks to show response. For the vitamin d deficiency you can take vitamin d either in injection form or 60000 iu sachet once a week for at least 15 weeks along with calcium supplement daily once for 3 months.
