Can I do a Vitamin B complex tablets course without doctor's prescripton? My dad did this course too and his health changed a lot after that. So, i feel like it would have some good effect on me too. I just want to know if it can have any side effects on me or what would it do if I don't have vitamin b complex deficit and I still do the course. Also, please tell me the course details. Thank you.
