I am into 5 month of pregnancy and what time I should take VIT DV 60k tablet. Previously I was taking the sachet at morning. But now I am asked to take the tablet . Please advise

Take vitamin d supplements only if there is a documented deficiency because vitamin d toxicity is a known phenomenon It can be taken at any time of the day
