Vision Problems/health anxiety

Hello, I am a 12 year old male that has health anxiety. I force myself to get off my devices to help my vision, but my anxiety kicked in which made me look up stuff about myopia. As I continue to read further, it gets me more worried and scared. I have glasses already and I dont want to get my prescription to go up. Is there a way to reduce my diopter/myopia, such as outdoor, diet, spending less time on devices?

You can always get your eyes checked by a technician. For maintaining eye health eat lots of green vegetables and diet rich of essential vitamins and minerals. Like you already mentioned, limit your screen time. Ensure that when you use them, the screen brightness is set to the lowest. Use proper lighting when reading.
Next Steps
Consult an eye specialist for detailed consultation
