Hello Doctors, For the past 1 month I am suffering from CSR in my right eye. I had done DFA recently and saw a central leakage present. The doctor which I consulted gave me eprelenone medicine for 1 month. Do I have go for any laser treatment or medicine will work? Attached are my report.

CSR usually resolves on its own provided you are removing the predisposing factors which include steroid use in any form, homeopathic medicines / smoking or stress.

CSR requires mostly medical management, so I ye follow the treatment given by the doctor. Some times it may recovers spontaneously.
