Hi, my daughter got a soft bubble in her neck & it is moving up & down whenever she takes any thing. We are not seeing any issues with that now. Doctor suggested operation to completely overcome the problem. Her age is 2 years 9 months. I request doctors to suggest for my next steps.

According to your description it looks like Thyroglossal cyst. If its not infected and there are no symptoms you can wait till your child becomes big. At any time if its infected you may have to go for surgery. Meet a pediatric surgeon if any problem is there. Hope your doubts are cleared.
