Since last few days I am feeling some problem with my eyesight things become more difficult when I try to work on my laptop and also when I try to read something on my mobile. I also feel that my eyelids became heavier compared to one month back. Would like to mention that I have a bad habit playing with mobile at late Nights in the darkness of my bedroom. And in the daytime I have to spend some hours with my laptop during duty. I wish I will get best solution from your experts . thank you
