I am conscious about the pigmentation and sullen apperance of libia and inner thighs. They are Pigmented and not firm. I am unable to get hold of the cause and get product/medicine to help me out. The skin is still virgin, I haven't used any virginal washes. I would like to know whom to consult regarding this matter and any tips to help me out.

Pigmentation is the effect of Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone. Some parts of the female anatomy will be affected by MSH and get pigmentation. Female genitals and inner thighs are also in the same category.

This can be due to fungal or even bacterial infection , need assessment and specific treatment . Though this type of eruptions respond well and quick to treatment . Do u saw any discharge also .Consult me here on practo for advice .
