Ok .. but you need to confirm diagnosis of warts . Many other benign conditions like Skin tags, seborrhoeic dermatoses. DPN. So you should share skin photos for confirmation of diagnosis. I'd suggest you could visit a govt hospital just Incase you dont want take a paid consultation. However,  I'd highly recommend you visit a dermatologist at a govt hospital for wart treatment.  There is no simple cream for this. Wart treatment needs care and precision.
