My mother is always shouting alone with angry . When i ask her she is telling that someone is saying something about her. For them she is replying.. I am seeing this since my childhood. She is normal, but some times very violent. Shouting very loud becuse she is hearing someone talking about her. But i cannot hear any voice. Later when she is calm i asked do you remember what you spoke with loud. She told yes i remembered, someone is saying about us so i gave them reply. What is that.

Hello I appreciate your concern for your mother From the history you've mentioned it seems she has auditory hallucinations which she is responding to. But you say this is from so long, if her condition hasn't worsened over such a long time then we can't possibly say, she has a psychotic illness but it needs to be taken care of. Kindly consult with me so that we can discuss in detail and reach a definitive diagnosis and then decide treatment accordingly.
Next Steps
consult

This looks like Auditory Hallucinations, but we need detailed history to reach to some conclusion, this can happen in Psychiatric illness but a concrete diagnosis can be made only by detailed history from you and your mother.
