Viability of Pregnancy: HCG Levels

2023-05-30 09:52:25
My wife's last menstrual period (LMP) was on April 20, 2023. We conducted a urine pregnancy test (UPT), which showed a faint line. Afterward, we performed a beta HCG test on May 27, and the HCG volume was 371. Another beta HCG test was done after 48 hours on May 29, and the HCG volume was 493. Could you please advise if this indicates a viable pregnancy?

The doubling value is not seen ,could  be ectopic pregnancy or missed abortion. Ultrasound scan to be done.

It's a failing pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy. Kindly consult a local gynaecologist physically

Does not indicate a viable pregnancy as the titers should double in a normal intrauterine pregnancy
