My testicles are very small 3cm length.. They look like grape in size...... I had verified with my local doctor also and he told the same....... Will it affect my sperm count? Is there any treatment to increase the size of testicles to normal size without any surgery?

Hello.......sperm production takes place in testicles.. But you just need 20 million sperm per ml for fertility... There are chances even when sperm count is less than that... So get semen analysis done in diagnostic and consult general physician in nearest hospital....
