Very light spotting after taking Meprate

I have PCOD and am taking treatment for it. For the last 4 months, I got my period on the 32nd day. My last period was on June 3. On July 3rd and 4th, I got spotting, and on the 35th day, I took an HCG blood test and got a negative (0.8 value). Then I took Meprate for 2 days (thrice a day). On 8th day after stopping Meprate got very light spotting. Am I pregnant?

Pcod is a wrong terminology it's not a disease it's a syndrome that requires life style modification and maintaining a healthy body mass index You are not pregnant since bhcg a confirmitory test is negative
