Very less urine output

Though the serum and creatinine are not very high it's - urea 46.2, Creatinine 0.97. Uric acid 7.3. however the urine output is only few spoons three times a day hence the doctor here had doubt on this report. She has UTI puss cell 20, can we give herMARTIwhich which is the most mild and safe antibiotic for UTI which is not harsh on kidneys as urine output is still very low.Please help.

Adequate fluids intake &output chart is definitely required to assess the clinical situation.if out put remains less than 1ml/kg/hour.urea, creatinine is bound to ride with time. Measurement of creatinine clearance may be done by a physician/nephroligist by measuring urinary creatine also.it is a good indicator of renal function
