Very high risk pregnancy

I have a very high risk pregnancy with large intramural posterior wall myoma of 14cm in the left side which is becoming subserous currently in 12 week of my pregnancy my only concern is during delivery is it going to be life threatening for me while c section or immediate after surgery will I develop any complications please advise

Yes the size of the fibroid is too big The only complication that is expected with this big a  size is postpartum hemorrhage
